This Winter, Bison Executive Training Retreats (BET Retreats) will be hosting another Executive and Entrepreneurial Development Event. The retreat will be held in Palm Springs on February 4th-8th, 2026. Our attendees will be provided general housing accommodations, networking opportunities, event souvenirs and a hosted dinner. Sessions will be in 4 hour and 15 minute blocks with additional breakout sessions and group activities available.
Though attendance to the business development portion is NOT required, those who are interested in the business aspect will have development opportunities and focus on work/life balance as entrepreneurs and professionals. An imperative part of our business and relationship development is an opportunity to network. To facilitate that, we’ll be planning an off-site event each day in groups of four with activities, games and an overall competition for the entire group. There will also be an opportunity to meet as a group to discuss outcomes at the end of each session. This retreat will be limited to 16 attendees to maintain productivity and genuine relationship building.
We’d like to note that even people who are not business owners or entrepreneurs may enjoy the networking and camaraderie generated at these events so this is a great bonding experience for friends and family. Feel free to invite your best friends, your colleagues or any family members you care about who may enjoy this trip.

Housing:
Housing provided will come with a minimum of one bedroom with one queen bed per person and a full bathroom for every two attendees. Many of the accommodations are AirBNB’s with variations in floor plan and amenities but our target is to have a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home for each 4 attendees. Preferences for housing can be requested but not guaranteed. Accommodations may be adjusted based on double occupancy registrations and accommodation requests.

Registration:
Because this event takes quite a bit of setup and organization, we like to get commitments from all attendees as soon as possible. Please fill out the survey for your swag sizes and GHIN information and we’ll send out an invitation for payment. The deadline for all registrations is NO LATER THAN January 1st, 2026.
Registration and the "deposit" of $1,000 is required to reserve your spot. The remaining amount is due no later than January 1st, 2026. The deposit is non-refundable unless we fill your spot with another attendee from the waitlist or you refer someone to take that spot at least 30 days prior to the first day of the event.
