One of the things that separates Chris from the rest of the real estate industry is how he can share and understand the needs of his clients based on their history and future possible needs. He understands that buying and selling Real Estate is more than just transactional, it can be life changing and easily one of the biggest decisions a person or family can make.

Helping navigate people through this process helps to write their story in a new way. Whether it’s transitioning a family from out of town and introducing them to the Portland area for the first time, or finding just the right neighborhood and school for their kids. Over the past 3+ years, Chris has helped families find their dream house, helped investors both flip and find their long term rental property, helped renters finally find a purchase their first home and helped families sell properties through an estate. 

Chris McPeak has lived in the Portland-Metro area off and on since 1995. Upon his first visit he discovered quickly that this area of the country was special.  He had never experienced a place so diverse and it appealed to him in a special way. Chris enjoys being within 15 minutes of both the heart of a city and hiking trails to one of the best waterfalls in the country.
